About Dr. Carrie
I'm Dr. Carrie Pagliano — Doctor of Physical Therapy, board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist, pelvic floor PT and run coach with 25+ years of experience treating runners and moms.
I'm also a lifelong runner, mom of 2, and the past 10 years I've added weightlifting and CrossFit into the mix. I've navigated my own pelvic floor changes across pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause firsthand — so I know this from both sides of the treatment table.
