"Dr. Carrie, I'm so thankful for your education & support! It's so hard as a trainer when clients are told by their OB they're good to go (a Dr. can seem like a more reliable source than a trainer!) I am more confident now helping clients understand that I'm not holding them back by building a strong base to reach their goals!"

A Note From The Instructor...

Hey Postpartum Pro-
First of all, congrats!  Working with moms wanting to get back to exercise is literally THE best job ever!
When I was first starting out in postpartum care, I used to spend hours pouring over research looking for answers to patient questions...dissecting journal articles for answers on when it was ok to get back to running & workouts after having a baby; if it was safe to run with prolapse, leakage or diastasis recti.

I never found "the right answer"...the research simply wasn't there.
Fast forward to when I had my son.  I remember wanting do everything "the right way" during & after my 1st pregnancy, thinking as a pelvic PT & runner, it would be easy.
Um, no.
I eventually realized that research is my starting point, not a "be-all-end-all" permission slip for what's next. These days, I work together with my clients to put together the puzzle pieces to find answers; the kind that result in less symptoms, & are closest to what moms actually want to do.
Join me for this 90 minute webinar where I'll share my answers to your top 3 questions about how to turn postpartum run readiness screening results into a client plan that works. (Plus the question you should really be asking!)
This Postpartum Pro Masterclass will save you tons of time, frustration & effort trying to get it right!  See you soon!
